A local man was taken to the hospital today following a crash on the north side of Redwolf Bridge.
Asotin County Fire District #1 and Lewiston Fire Rescue crews were called to the bridge just after noon Tuesday.
Emergency Medical teams found the driver of the white van very disoriented. He was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
It appears the van failed to negotiate turning on to the bridge and ran into a utility trailer being pulled by a pickup in the opposite lane.
Traffic was stopped in all directions while crews loaded the patient and cleared vehicles out of the  way.
There were no other reported injuries.
Washington State Patrol was investigating for possible DUI of the driver of the van.
