City of Longview welcomes Sabrina Fraidenburg as new Human Resources Director

The City of Longview is pleased to announce that Sabrina Fraidenburg will be joining the

executive  team as the new Human Resources Director, beginning September 15, 2022.  Sabrina brings 12 years of human resources experience, the last seven  with Cowlitz

County, most recently as their Human Resources Director and  has a wealth of experience in labor relations, workforce planning and  policy and benefit administration.

Fraidenburg was born and raised locally and returned to Castle Rock after attending the

University  of Washington. Fraidenburg commented, “I am honored to join the team at  the City of Longview. I am excited to continue to work with employees,  labor partners, and th

community to build upon the environment at the  City and make a positive difference.”

 “I am extremely pleased to announce Sabrina Fraidenburg as the City of Longview’s Human

Resources Director,” stated City Manager Kurt Sacha. “Sabrina has a proven track record of

collaborative  leadership and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in human  resources management. I am delighted to have Sabrina on board and look  forward to working

with her as a member of Team Longview.”
