LEGAL fireworks are permitted within the City Limits only on:
July 3rd, from 10AM to 10PM
July 4th, from 10AM to 12AM Midnight.
Violation of Municipal Code 9.10.010 Disorderly conduct
The following persons are hereby declared to be in violation of this chapter for the following conduct within the city of South Bend, Washington:
H. Any person who discharges, throws or fires any exploding or burning device within the city limits is subject to up to a $1000 fine per incident.
If you do not live within the city limit of South Bend please check your local city or county ordinances for their rules and regulation.
