Open House for 46th Avenue Project
The City of Longview will be holding an open house for the 46th Avenue Reconstruction Project. The focus of the project, which is on 46th Ave. from Ocean Beach Hwy (SR4) to Olympia Way, is to provide a safe route to school for children walking and riding bikes to and from Robert Gray Elementary, that are currently forced to travel with vehicles in the narrow roadway or through open ditches and front yards.
The open house for this project is scheduled for Monday, January 23 from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at City Hall located at 1525 Broadway in the 2nd floor training room. The open house is an opportunity to learn more about the project, including when construction will begin, what construction will look like and how traffic patterns will be changed.  City staff will be in attendance to provide information and answer your questions.
If you cannot attend the open house and have questions or concerns, please contact Sam Barham at sam.barham@ci.longview.wa.us or 360.442.5224.
