Please be advised that crews will begin additional work on the Alder/Poplar reconstruction project. Starting Tuesday, September 6, crews will begin sewer replacement work on S.

Colville Street and surface prep work on Poplar Street between 2nd and Palouse. Water main replacement, curb, gutter and sidewalk replacement work and paving will follow. This

phase of work is expected to last through November.

Crews will do their best to maintain local access through the area in the early stages of the work, but parking and access may be unavailable at times. Residents affected by any

complete closures will be notified in advance. There will be no thru access during the entire duration of the work in this area.

Please see the accompanying map for details on detour routes, thru streets and business access.

Businesses in the work zone will remain open and access will be provided. In some cases, street parking will not be available, so please plan accordingly.

Please follow all posted signage and slow down and be alert in work zones. Thank you!
