August 15, 2022, RiverCities Transit will begin the North Cowlitz Connector (NCC) route linking Longview to Castle Rock. The NCC will provide service between the Longview Transit

Center and the Castle Rock Park and Ride / Visitor Center Monday through Friday.

Service to Castle Rock is offered in conjunction with the transit service Lower Columbia CAP offers. Together the services will meet Twin Transit from Lewis County at the Castle

Rock Park and Ride / Visitor Center a total of six times a day. Bridging the gap between Longview and Castle Rock will open opportunities for work, play, education, and medical

treatment for Cowlitz County residents.

Our introduction of the new NCC route will be celebrated with a week of fare free service starting August 15, 2022. For more information and to see a map and schedule of the route
