Kelso School District issued the following announcement on April 3.
Even before the school closure, our amazing custodians began carefully sanitizing our schools each night. They have performed deep cleans on all buildings and continue to sanitize lunch distribution sites daily, being sure to get frequently touched surfaces multiple times.
Our custodians also gathered over 2,500 masks to donate to our Cowlitz County Incident Management Team (IMT). The IMT is coordinating the local response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
