Resolution 2022-11: (17:26) Authorizes a contract with the Blue Mountain Community Foundation for administration of grants to nonprofit agencies using $150,000 of ARPA funding. (7-0)

Resolution 2022-17: (24:18) Awards the bid for the Poplar (Colville - 5th) Transportation Benefit District project to Apollo, Inc. in the amount of $6,466,939.93. (7-0)
