Resolution 2022-49: (16:40) Authorizes a contract with Priority One Fence in the amount of $117,612 for installation of fence and netting at the driving range at Veterans Memorial Golf Course. (7-0)

Resolution 2022-54: (22:54) Adopts the City of Walla Walla’s 2022 Strategic Plan update. (7-0)

Resolution 2022-55: (43:51) Authorizes a personal services contract with WIH Resource Group for recycling programs assistance in an amount not to exceed $51,590. (4-3)

Ordinance 2022-10: (1:10:49) Amends the Municipal Code to increase the City Manager’s contracting authority; and Resolution 2022-56: Adopts updated Purchasing Policies. (7-0) (7-0)

Ordinance 2022-11: (1:16:36) Amends the Municipal Code to require utility accounts be maintained in the property owner’s name. (7-0)

Resolution 2022-57: (1:30:37) Authorizes a professional services contract with PBS Engineering & Environmental Inc., for design services on the Chestnut - 2nd to Howard IRRP project in an amount not-to-exceed $349,617. (7-0)

Resolution 2022-58: (1:35:35) Determines that the City will accept the proposed 10 percent annexation petition for property located at 700 McBeth Road. (7-0)

Resolution 2022-59: (1:43:29) Approves the recommendation from the Planning Commission to approve a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the Waste Water Treatment Plant Projects. (CLOSED RECORD QUASI- JUDICIAL) (7-0)
