Of the 268 people living in Skamokawa Valley in 2020, 49.6 percent (133) were women and 50.4 percent (135) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Washington News.

There were as many males 18 and over as females. In the 65 and over age range, there were 43 females and 45 males.
