Of the 142 people living in Farmington in 2020, 37.3 percent (53) were women and 62.7 percent (89) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Washington News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 32. In the 65 and over age range, there were 19 females and seven males.
