Extreme Heat Alert

PULLMAN, WA—After reports of successive days expected  with temperatures in the upper 90s and low 100s, the City of Pullman  reminds the community that Neill Public Library is

accessible during the  hottest part of the day. Residents may use the air-conditioned space,  which includes bathrooms, a drinking fountain, and Wi-Fi, during the  hours listed below.

Per policy, only service animals may be admitted at  this time. For those that need transportation, please check current Pullman Transit routes and schedules.

Neill Public Library

210 N Grand Avenue

Monday - Thursday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

Friday - Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Please remember to check on vulnerable friends and neighbors, and provide them with a cool place if they need it. Find more heat tips through the CDC. If the situation evolves and

temperatures increase, additional messaging regarding cooling center activation will be provided.
